How To Protect Your Word Document

             Protection is one of the major task in very process. Protecting your word documents will prevent un authorized users to access your personal data.

 The following are steps To Protect Your Word Document

1. After completion of your work with word document go to the file menu and select save as option. From this window form the right hand side select tool options you will get the following window.


From the above select " Security options" , then you will get a security dialog like below and type the password. Click OK button, it ask password for two times again read the instruction on the dialog boxes and enter the passwords. That's it your document is protected with password.


From this onwards when your trying to open the word document it will ask for the password like
